Can SpotFakesAI tell if someone is a bot or using AI?
No. Writing style, punctuation and photos aren't reliable proof. Using AI to help write isn't a scam. We focus on risky behavior like requests for money or codes.
What does the score mean?
It's an experimental risk indicator from 0–100 based on observed warning signs — not a probability. With too little input, we show Insufficient evidence instead.
Does a low score mean I'm safe?
No. It means we didn't observe strong warning signs in what you shared. Always verify independently.
What happens to my uploads?
They're stored privately, original files auto-delete (default 30 days), and you can delete reports any time. We don't sell or train on your content.
Will you contact or report the other person?
Never. There's no public database and no automatic contact.
What does 'Check unavailable' mean?
That an external check (like domain reputation) wasn't performed — we never invent those results.
